The Salmon was the prettiest yet this season! It is always a thrill to clean a salmon so fresh it smells like the liquid in a good oyster…yum.

Is this May 7-8 menu available Friday, May 9, at GTF?

The salmon dish will change slightly because I sold so many last night that I have no more risotto.
Other than that we should see a similar menu……I* have a ricky made pork sausage waiting in the wings…if that is your type of ballgame ask your server and I will grill it up!!!!
